Cancellation policy<\/h1><\/h1><\/div>

Right of withdrawal<\/strong> – for contracts concluded away from business premises and for distance contracts, with the exception of contracts for financial services<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal:<\/strong>
\nYou can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). The revocation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation:<\/strong>
\nIf you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will we charge you for this refund.<\/p>\n<\/div>

If you have requested that the service be commenced during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation in respect of this Agreement compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the Agreement.<\/p>\n

Lapse of the right of withdrawal \/ consequences of withdrawal:
\nIn the case of a Distance Selling Act, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<\/div>
