Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for property marketing in your submarket, from property acquisition to the notary appointment.
- Establish yourself as a leading property consultant in the regional market based on home4you marketing strategies and continuously expand your existing network.
- Work actively with our innovative sales and marketing tools for the successful acquisition and marketing of residential properties.
- Acquire new properties and bring sellers and prospective buyers together.
- Make active use of our large customer database, evaluate each property individually and present your well-founded market price assessment to the owner.
- You carry out professional property valuations and create your own property reports.
- Ensure with pleasure that both sides experience our home4you service promise and are impressed by our professionalism.
- Accompany our customers from initial contact through to viewing and handover of keys.

- You have good sales or industry experience.
