  • Operation and control of facilities (e.g. bell system, heating, lift)
  • Control/supervision of service providers (e.g. cleaning, garden maintenance)
  • Carrying out/monitoring maintenance measures (maintenance, inspection, repair)
  • Carrying out modernisation work
  • Assumption of further technical tasks
