home4you administers the common property of condominium owners in the sense of § 1 paragraph 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the condominium law or for third parties tenancies over living spaces in the sense of § 549 of the civil law book.

- Adjustment of rents for index-linked and graduated rent agreements

- Operation and control of facilities (e.g. bell system, heating, lift)
- Control/supervision of service providers (e.g. cleaning, garden maintenance)
- Carrying out/monitoring maintenance measures (maintenance, inspection, repair)
- Carrying out modernisation work
- Assumption of further technical tasks
