Your tasks

Acquire new properties and bring sellers and interested parties together

Work actively with our large customer database.
Valuate each property individually and present your well-founded market price assessment to the owner.
Assist our customers from the initial contact to the viewing and handover of the keys
Establish yourself as a leading property consultant in the regional market based on the home4you marketing strategies and continuously expand your existing network.
Work actively with our innovative sales and marketing tools for the successful acquisition and marketing of residential properties.

Profile

You have good industry experience

You are ambitious, motivated and want to make a difference
You are communicative and enjoy socialising with people.
You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and action.
For Mallorca, you have a good command of written and spoken German and English, as well as basic Spanish.
You are mobile by car.
You can work confidently with MS Office
