home4you are we -Joachim Reuter and his team. With him and our team of 20 young, motivated and creative experts we look back on more than 30 years in the real estate market and have deep and extensive real estate experience. Our experts also include professionals from the areas of planning, renovation – redevelopment – new construction, to furnishing advice including kitchen planning. This enables us not only to implement the pure planning of the property, but also to go one step further and make concrete suggestions for the interior and implement them directly. To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service both in Germany and on Mallorca, our experts will advise you competently on site.

Classical real estate brokerage: We specialise in inexpensive existing properties which, after renovation according to the latest standards, become dream properties, but which are significantly below the usual market value.
