Customer planning:

By demolishing various partition walls and redesigning the layout, the aim was to create a spacious interior in a modern city centre flat. The two flats in the historic “Sa Gerreriea” district were to undergo a significant improvement in living standards without losing their historic charm. Old building materials such as the historic tiles were first carefully removed and then completely relaid. Polishing gave them their final shine. Old solid wood interior windows and doors were refurbished and supplemented with modern, contemporary exterior windows and doors to save energy. All plumbing, air conditioning and electrical installations were completely renewed and a modern bathroom and kitchen were integrated.

All work was completed on schedule and within budget with our regional contractors.
