Planning of the client:

By demolishing various partition walls and repartitioning, a generous room climate of a modern inner-city flat was to be created. The two flats in the historic “Sa Gerreriea” quarter were to experience a significant increase in residential value without losing their historic charm. Old building fabric such as the historic tiles were first carefully removed and then completely relaid. A polish provided the final shine. Old solid wooden interior windows and doors were refurbished and supplemented with modern and contemporary exterior windows and doors to save energy. All plumbing, air conditioning and electrical installations were completely renewed and a modern bathroom and kitchen were integrated.

All work was completed on schedule and on budget with our regional contractors.
