Cost-effective construction management
Before the first sod is turned on your construction project, we draw up a cost-effective project structure plan. This gives us a clear overview right from the start. We also consider the feasibility and costs of any special requests and additional services, thereby minimising unforeseen expenses.
In order to keep your expenses as low as possible, we apply for subsidies (KFW) where permissible, examine any tax advantages and conduct price negotiations with our contractors at an early stage. Of course, we also ensure smooth payment processing between all parties involved. In the case of investment properties, in addition to the above steps, we determine the respective profitability with our profitability calculation and advise you accordingly.
Technical project support
We are also fully involved and active in the technical implementation of the project from the outset. Together with our architects, we supervise the preparation of the construction plans, apply for licences and approval documents, and submit all necessary paperwork on time.
Once we have put the work out to tender and distributed it to the respective service providers, we take on the management of the entire construction project as project managers. On your behalf, we personally accompany the final official acceptance of the completed building and ensure that the project has been carried out to your complete satisfaction. Of course, we implement any warranty claims before we finally hand over the property to you.
