I sold my property on Mallorca through home4you and everything went really well. home4you took care of everything on site, from the photos of the property, the creation of an exposé, the listing on numerous advertising portals to very good advice and support during the sales process. ‘As I live in Germany, home4you also took care of other things in the house until the sale. A full service, so to speak! home4you was always easy for me to contact and took a lot of time for questions and advice.
One major hurdle was the timing of the sale – in the middle of the coronavirus crisis. The sale had to be completed under difficult conditions because the buyers had to move out of their flat.
