home4you is us – Joachim Reuter and his team. With him and our team of 20 young, motivated and creative experts, we can look back on more than 30 years in the property market and have in-depth and extensive property experience. Our experts also include professionals from the fields of planning, renovation, refurbishment and new construction, as well as interior design consulting, including kitchen planning. This means that we can not only implement the pure planning of the property, but also go one step further and make concrete suggestions for the interior and implement them directly. In order to provide you with the best possible service both in Germany and in Mallorca, our experts will advise you competently on site.
Our services
Our services are as diverse as our properties. Among other things, you can expect the following from us:
Traditional estate agency services: We specialise in affordable existing properties that are renovated to the latest standards to become dream homes, but are still significantly below the usual market value. Don’t want to wait that long? No problem. Of course, we also sell completed properties, paying close attention to quality and good value for money.
Project planning and management for properties in Mallorca and around Cologne: We plan and develop our own construction projects as builders or carry them out in our own name. We take care of the entire process, from the initial idea and planning to handover to the owner.
Administration: We not only manage the communal property of flat owners (WEG), but also take on traditional rental management. Our services range from commercial to technical management of your properties.
