The execution and planning are based on the NRW State Building Code (as of 2017, building permit), the generally recognised rules of technology, statutory regulations, the building permit, official consultations and the relevant DIN regulations. The applicable DIN regulations shall be authoritative, unless restrictions are necessary or reasonable due to the type of use. Types of execution that do not comply with the DIN regulations but are described in the construction description are also expressly deemed to be agreed.
The location
