Economic construction management
Before we break ground on your building project, we carry out a complete economic planning. This gives us a precise overview right from the start. We also consider the feasibility and costs of all special requests and additional services, thus minimising unforeseen expenses. In order to keep your expenses as low as possible, we apply for subsidies (KFW) where permissible, check for possible tax advantages and hold price discussions with our contractors at an early stage. Of course, we also ensure smooth payment processing between all parties involved. In addition to the above steps, we also determine the profitability of investment properties and advise you on this.
Technical project support
We are also fully involved and active in the technical implementation of the project from the very beginning. Together with our architects, we oversee the preparation of the construction planning, apply for approval documents and submit all necessary documents on time. After we have put the work out to tender and distributed it to the respective service providers, we take over the management of the entire construction project. On behalf of the client, we personally supervise the final official acceptance of the finished building and ensure that the project has been carried out to everyone’s satisfaction. Of course, we implement all possible warranty claims before we finally hand the property over to our client.
