The History

The closed manor house – a four-winged brick courtyard complex – consisting of a manor house, stables, barn and other farm buildings was first mentioned in historical writings around 1790 together with other farms.

The protection of historical monuments

Enormous tax advantages through listed buildings. The farm is a listed building in the sense of § 2 Abs. 1 and 2 of the Denkmalschutzgesetz NRW.
